EMILY MONTGOMERY, LPC

BIOGRAPHY

Emily Montgomery's ideal client is anyone who’s ready for a change in their lives. An open mind and open lines of communication are the only necessary ingredients for progress. She finds neuroplasticity and its vast branches of study to be endlessly fascinating and the more she understand about the interactions between the brain, behaviors, and patient environments, the better equipped to improve client outcomes! She has seen firsthand how anxiety, disfunction, stress, and past traumas can disrupt progress in one’s life and believes firmly those suffering can increase their happiness and well-being through therapy.

Going to therapy is a lot like going to the gym, people rarely look forward to going but reliably they leave feeling better. Similar to the effects of a physical workout, regular mental examinations can allow the brain to become stronger and more efficient.
