Fees range from $60.00 (30 minute session) to $180.00 (90 minute session). The first initial session will consist of assessment, evaluation, and planning where you have the opportunity to share what is happening and what you would like to accomplish while participating in the counseling process. * A retainer may be established before these services will be rendered. Any funds not encumbered will be refunded to the client or applied to any unpaid balance.*
ANDC accepts some forms of Insurance including Soonercare (Medicaid), BCBS, some AETNA Benefit Plans, some EAP Plans, CIGNA and some Out of Network Plans. Each provider is different and therefore certain providers may have availability to accept your insurance and other times their schedule may be full. You are more than welcome to be placed on a waiting list for a specific provider.
Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:
- Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
- What is my deductible and has it been met?
- How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
- What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
- Is approval required from my primary care physician?
If you are not insured by one of the Insurance Company's that ANDC is approved by, you may still qualify for reimbursement for out-of-network services. In that case, you would pay ANDC up front, and then file a claim yourself with your insurer. Several of our clients have successfully done this. If You’re Thinking About Insurance? Whether or not you have insurance coverage for our work together, you need to be informed about how ANDC seeks insurance reimbursement. Some ANDC clients prefer to keep our relationship just between us for reasons of confidentiality (insurance companies will not pay the bill without receiving specific information about you, including a diagnosis of a “disorder”). In addition, many clients have shared that their own financial investment in their work was another way for them to feel empowered and motivated. It’s up to you, but being informed of this information gives you time to reflect on this before seeking insurance reimbursement.
Reduced fee services (sliding scale) are available on a limited basis and based on financial need.

If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session and/or a minimum of $50 fee for missing scheduled session.
